For 1 plate
- a good handful of mixed salad greens (must have arugula)
-1 small boiled beetroot (cut into slices)
- several balls of mozzarella from brine (cut in half)
- a handful of toasted and chopped nuts (I have peanuts)
- Apple cider vinegar, oil, soy sauce, Provencal herbs. Everything to taste.
Put the ingredients on a plate in the shape of a whisk. Drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with nuts. Delicious 😋
