Pears 500 gr
Milk 2.5% 100 gr
Butter 72.5% 30 gr
Flour c/z 80 gr
Sugar 50 gr
Baking powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
A pinch of salt
Beat eggs with sugar until foamy. Add melted butter, milk, salt, cinnamon and sifted flour.
Do not add the baking powder right away, but at the very end, when you have the filling ready.
Mix the dough. It’s quite rare, but don’t worry, it should be.
Wash and cut the pears into thin slices. Prepare a baking form (cover with parchment), heat the oven to 190°.
Pour baking powder into the dough, mix. Mix the dough with pears (don’t worry that there is not enough dough).
Put everything in a mold and bake at a temperature of 190° for 50-60 minutes.
