Zucchini roll

DOUGH
Zucchini 500 gr
Sour cream 100 gr
Wheat flour 80 gr
2 eggs
Baking powder 0.5 tsp
Salt, spices
Greens as desired

FILLING
Cream cheese 100 gr
Boiled sausage 200 gr

Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater. If it is not very young, it is better to clean it. Add salt and leave for 5-10 minutes to release the juice. Then squeeze, add the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough. Pour onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 180° for 20-25 minutes, depending on your oven. Remove, cool.
Grate the cooked sausage on a coarse grater. Spread the cake with cream cheese, sprinkle with grated cooked sausage, wrap it in a roll. Wrap the roll in cling film like a sausage and put it in the fridge for a couple of hours.
